Definition and Usage
The <link> tag defines the relationship between a document and an external resource.
The <link> tag is most used to link to style sheets.
Browser Support

When used for style sheets, the <link> tag is supported in all major browsers. No real support for anything else.
Differences Between HTML and XHTML
In HTML the <link> tag has no end tag.
In XHTML the <link> tag must be properly closed.
Tips and Notes
Note: The link element must be embedded in the head section, and it can appear any number of times.
Optional Attributes
DTD indicates in which HTML 4.01/XHTML 1.0
DTD the attribute is allowed. S=Strict, T=Transitional, and F=Frameset.

any use for this.
